We are peacefully located at 291 Kingfisher Street, Montemar Village, Ili Norte, San Juan, La Union.
We feature an exclusive 4ft-7ft swimming pool. Guests enjoy a quick 50-meter walk to the beach via our private gate access from the pool area.
The beach on our side is less rocky and wonderfully uncrowded. If you want to ride the waves, surfing lessons are readily offered at the shoreline.
We are perfectly distanced from the busy crowds—just a 5-6 minute (3.5km) drive to the Urbiztondo surfing and dining strip (Flotsam, Kabsat, Kahuna) via car, jeep, or tricycle. SM City La Union is only a 10-minute (7km) drive away.
